Date:	August 21–23th, 2026
Place:	Field near Sławno village, 5 km of Lubasz (POLAND)

Classification:	Senior and Junior Free Flight model Aircraft, classes F1A, F1B, F1C, F1Q
Participants:	All competitors must have an FAI sporting license valid for 2026.
Jury:	The three-member jury will be determined before the start of the competitions.
Contest rules:	FAI Sporting Code Section 4 – Aeromodelling CIAM GENERAL RULES FAI Sporting Code Section 4 – Aeromodelling Volume F1 Free Flight Model Aircraft. Extended use of altimeters in flights. After the fly-off and if no more than five competitors have achieved the maximum flight time, the top five must submit their altimeters for inspection. Contest Director, In the presence of the Jury, will examine traces. If the launch, landing and flight time can be determined then it will be taken as the result. If the flight time cannot be determined from an altimeter trace, then the flight time will be zero.
Complaints& Protests:	Protests fee: 50 Euro. The submission procedure according to item C.20 FAI Sporting Code Section 4 – Aeromodelling CIAM GENERAL RULES.
Entry Fees:	Senior 35 € for class / for each additional class 15€. Junior 20 € for class / for each additional class 10 € Entry fee payment during registration

Registration:	Friday August 21th 1. On the field (17.30 – 18.30) 2. Restaurant Zajazd „Meteor” in Lubasz (19.00 – 20.00) Saturday August 22th 3. On the field (07.00 – 08.00) Registration after Saturday August 22th, 8:00, will be subject to an additional fee increased by 100%.

Classification & Prices:	The first three contestants and the first three juniors in each class will be awarded prizes and diplomas.
Ceremonies:	“LUBASZ CUP” on Saturday Closing Ceremony for all completed categories will be held on the Amfiteatr in Lubasz “POLISH CUP” on Sunday Closing Ceremony on a field.
Accommodation:	Verified accommodation near Lubasz in Appendix 1 For Campsite No. 214 in Lubasz use link: https://www.goklubasz.pl /gok-lubasz@wp.pl Accommodation is also available in nearby towns (20–30 km): Wronki, Obrzycko, Szamotuły, Czarnków, Trzcianka, Oborniki, Połajewo Lubasz is located 55–65 km from Poznań Ławica Airport.
WARNING	Use of vehicles on the flying field is allowed on roads or paths only. Driving on fields or meadows is not allowed. Please note that campers are not allowed to stay overnight on the competition fields.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

The organizer reserves the right to change schedule, flying time (maximum) and time duration of rounds according to the weather conditions.
Official timekeepers will be appointed. Competitors may be requested to assist if required. The competitors not participating in the Fly-off are expected to provide assistance to the timekeepers.
